The Long Hill Company brings a wealth of experience to the management and development of retirement communities, assisted living residences and skilled nursing facilities.

The Long Hill Company works with owners, lenders, regulatory agencies, partnerships and investors to professionally manage the day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and marketing initiatives for senior housing and healthcare facilities.

One of our specialties is helping struggling facilities that are experiencing licensure issues, survey challenges, census decline, or MDS service capture issues. We will function as a third party operations manager on a short or long term basis. Acting as a Receiver, The Long Hill Company has worked with State Departments of Health, CMS regulators and financial lenders.

For new developments, The Long Hill Company will help you create a successful project that reflects the unique wants, needs and preferences of the market area, with consideration given to how these are likely to change over time.
