Receiver Management

One of our specialties is the management of receiverships for healthcare and senior living assets. This includes statutory and mortgage receivership management, loan workouts, bankruptcy proceedings and financial analysis.

Our primary receivership objective is to provide stabilization and secure the physical assets, records and accounts in order to protect the integrity of the assets and income stream. Our secondary objective is to establish strategies and procedures that will preserve and enhance the assets.
