JP Venoit

Jon-Paul (JP) Venoit began his career at Masonicare at just 16 years old in dining services. Thirty-five years later, he now leads Connecticut’s largest not-for-profit senior care company as President and CEO.

Guiding the organization through both an evolving industry and a global pandemic, JP positioned Masonicare to achieve one of its most successful years of operation — earning recognition as CEO of the Year by the Hartford Business Journal. Building on this momentum, he expanded Masonicare’s reach through strategic acquisitions and a member substitution agreement merger with United Methodist Homes, ensuring long-term sustainability while honoring the organization’s legacy.

Deeply rooted in his hometown of Wallingford, CT, JP resides there with his wife of 25 years, their two sons, and two Siberian Huskies.

JP often shares the principle that guides his leadership:
“Don’t be afraid of change, be afraid of not changing.”
